Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Nurturing Your Wellbeing From Within – Positive Reflection Of The Week
Understanding the Emotional Connection and the Role of Energy in Breast Health – Article by Shahwana
In the fast-paced world we live in today, it’s easy to overlook how stress and pent-up emotions can affect our health. For women, this is especially crucial, as we carry the weight of various life experiences in our breasts, from childhood to womanhood. It’s essential to be aware of the lumps that can form in our breasts, as they can often be linked to unresolved emotional stressors and other factors that, while not yet fully understood from a medical standpoint, can have a significant impact on our bodies.
My recommendation is straightforward but vital – we must address the underlying causes, with a particular emphasis on stress. Regular check-ups with the medical community are essential, and it’s equally important to keep our energy body in balance. By the ‘energy body,’ I refer to the auras and chakras that we all possess. Many of us have become increasingly aware of the energy body’s significance in our overall well-being.
Having personally practised Pranic Healing for the past two decades, I can attest to the importance of maintaining a healthy energy body. This balance directly contributes to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Recognize the role that stress plays in your life, and consider seeking counselling services as needed. When we harbour pent-up emotions, they can manifest as physical problems, such as tension and emotional “baggage” accumulating in various parts of the body, potentially leading to the development of unwanted conditions, including tumours and fibroids.
Embrace your body and appreciate it daily. As you wake up each morning, take a moment to express gratitude for the health and well-being of the more vulnerable parts of your body. This simple gesture can have a profound impact on your overall health, as it generates love and peace within your cells. It’s not just a practice for women; breast cancer exists in men as well. Everyone should take the time to appreciate their bodies, send loving, healing energies through positive affirmations, and prioritize regular medical checkups and screenings.
In 2020, the World Health Organization reported 2.3 million new cases of breast cancer in women globally. This staggering number highlights the urgency of taking charge of our health. You matter, and your well-being is of utmost importance. Therefore, it’s crucial to make your health a priority.
By nurturing your energy body, acknowledging the role of stress in your life, and expressing gratitude for your body’s well-being, you can contribute to your overall health and reduce the risk of breast cancer. Remember, you have the power to make a positive difference in your health, and you are worth the effort.
Positive affirmations can be a powerful tool for promoting breast health and self-care. Here are some affirmations related to breast health:
“I lovingly care for my breasts and nurture them with attention and gratitude.”
“My breasts are a symbol of my femininity and strength, and I cherish them.”
“I trust my body to maintain the health and balance of my breasts.”
“My breasts are a source of nourishment, both physically and emotionally.”
“I am in tune with my body, and I pay attention to any changes or discomfort in my breasts.
I radiate love and positivity to my breasts, promoting their well-being.”
“I am grateful for my breasts, and I honour them with self-examinations and regular check-ups.”
Remember that these affirmations should be used as part of a broader approach to breast health, which includes self-examinations, regular medical check-ups, and a healthy lifestyle. Affirmations can help reinforce a positive mindset and a sense of self-care in your overall health routine.
