BAKED BEANS COOKED IN CORIANDER SAUCE
BAKED BEANS COOKED IN CORIANDER SAUCE (SERVING 2-3)
1 can of baked beans
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1 bunch coriander (chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Blend the onion, chilies and coriander together with 1 tablespoon of oil, until the
texture is smooth.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté your garlic paste then add in the blended
coriander mix and cook this for at least 2 minutes and then add in your canned baked beans.
Season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice.
Adjust seasoning if need be and garnish with some chopped coriander.
