CREAMY SCRAMBLED EGGS
CREAMY SCRAMBLED EGGS (SERVING FOR 1)
1.) 2 eggs whisked
2.) 2 tablespoons cooking cream
3.) 1 red capsicum chopped
4.) Spring onion chopped
5.) Salt and black pepper to taste
6.) 1 teaspoon butter
7.) Toasted Bread
Whisk all the ingredients (1-5) in a bowl well.
In a nonstick pan add butter and add in egg mixture and whisk this continuously under
medium heat. Cook this for at least 1 and a half minutes.
Using a round cutter cut the toasted bread into a round shape. Then place the bread at the bottom of your plate and serve the scramble eggs on top of this. Serve hot!
