You open your eyes & the sun is shining outside the window, and you see this bright sun do you smile or do you frown? What is your good morning story today? Yes, it starts with that moment when you open your eyes! You wonder can I snooze the alarm, do I have to get up, do I need to go to work or is this going to be another hot day? All those questions run through your mind, and ten minutes pass by & then you realize how late you are & then panic, stress and anxiousness kicks in, guess what that’s a start of a ruined day!
The key to happiness is in the way you think along with your attitude. Starting the day with a positive attitude will build your day, while a negative start often comes with a gloomy end. So who’s responsible for your good morning story? I guess you know the answer is ‘YOU’! No one can change the way you feel, say or do things; it’s purely ‘you’ who must change that mood and decide if your morning is GOOD or otherwise.
