Journey Into The Chakras: Paying Attention To Your Body’s Signals

As you grow older, your body starts to give you “signals” on areas that need attention. If you are mindful, this can be a great opportunity to grow and really work through anything you have been avoiding in the past.

You will notice your energy levels rise, you feel better overall, and you have less “Dis-Eases” to deal with.
By doing the work, you actually clear up blocks and all energy to flow through your Chakras, Yoga is an excellent way to do this, so are various meditation techniques that focus on the movement between chakras.

When energy begins to flow freely through our energetic system, we experience a bouquet of spiritual gifts, particularly our intuition – a key part of our development. Our ability to sense and connect with energies and our higher self is magnified.

As the physical aspect of our body begins to wind down, the spiritual aspects of our subtle (energy) body start up! And this shift is something that can continue to deepen for the rest of our lives. This is the heart of conscious ageing and living for me – embracing the shift from a focus on our physical to the focus on our spiritual wisdom and insight instead.

It is like a new life. A new birth, a transit into our higher selves and being.

An exciting time, if we can truly come to embrace it in this way.
