Your Chakras & Your Life Part 3 – Positive Reflection Of The Week
Journey Into The Chakras: Introducing The 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th & 7th Chakras
Last week we were talking about how our Chakras are directly linked to our life patterns or phases. Let’s take a closer look at this in this week’s article.
Chakras are vortexes in our energetic systems that control the flow of energy. These vortexes, or spinning wheels, start developing as young as the age of three. It is commonly believed that our Seventh Chakra, the Crown Chakra, usually comes into full formation at the age of 40. Same time as when we would technically enter our “Midlife”.
For many, their midlife seems like a turning point. They have a better perspective on the past, are more aware of the present, and conscious of the choices they make that may directly impact their futures.
For those who are not familiar with the Chakras, here is a basic guide to the chakras. I have also included corresponding life themes for each:
First/Root Chakra. This Chakra governs the Tail bone, Legs and Feet. It is associated with feeling s of Security and Safety. The Development of this Chakra occurs by the time we are two years old, and with it our understanding of our Life Foundations and Family Heritage. If you feel the need to visit and work with this Chakra, there could be aspects of your early life that need some attention.
Second/Sacral Chakra. The governs your Lower Belly, Pelvis area and the Womb. It is associated with our Emotional Openness, Creativity, Sensuality, Sexuality, relationships to others as well as money. This Chakra develops between the ages of seven and fourteen. This is the time when we start to notice elements of life that surround us – how our parents interact with each other, with us, and other members of the family, how emotionally expressive (free) we are allowed to be, how we begin to view money.
We shall continue our Journey into the Chakras next Week.
