VERMICELI BARFI (SERVING 6)
VERMICELLI BARFI (Serving For 6)
INGREDIENTS
300 gm vermicelli crushed
¾ cup condensed milk
½ cup butter
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
¼ cup almonds chopped
¼ cup pistachio chopped
METHOD
STEP 1
In a pan melt the butter and roast the vermicelli till golden brown then add half the quantity of nuts & add in the cardamom and condensed milk & cook this for a minute or two and mix well.
STEP 2
Set this mixture on greased baking tray and add the remaining nuts and let it set for at least 20
minutes then cut into squares.
