VANILLA COOKIES WITH M&M’S

INGREDIENTS

1.) 1 cup butter
2.) ¾ cup sugar
3.) 1 egg
4.) 1 teaspoon baking powder
5.) 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
6.) 2 cups flour
7.) ½ cup M&M chocolate ( you could use chocolate chips)

METHOD

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cream together the butter and sugar until smooth, now beat in the egg and add vanilla essence and baking
powder & mix well. Fold in the flour into your mixture and add in your chocolate.

STEP 2
Roll your cookie dough into round balls and press them down to give them a flat round shape and place
one M&M on top of each cookie. Grease your baking tray with butter and place your cookies on.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are nicely browned.
