The Awakened Path Part 3 – Positive Reflection Of The Week

Part 3: Removing Barriers On A Personal And Global Level & Allow The Inner Fire To Rise

REMOVING BARRIERS ON A PERSONAL AND GLOBAL LEVEL

Knowing what you don’t want and what you want to avoid will help you decide who you want to interact with. It is important to identify and remove any personal barriers that may be hindering your interactions with others. Additionally, on a global level, breaking down barriers such as language and cultural differences can lead to greater understanding and collaboration among individuals from different backgrounds.

If you have any resistance to doing this, you should first understand the constraints and where they are before letting go, because you will feel fiercely rebellious. However, once you are able to let go of these constraints and embrace diversity, you may find that it opens up new opportunities and perspectives that you never would have considered before. And the more perspectives you have, the more free you become.
What are your limitations? And how can you let go of them to feel liberated?

ALLOW THE INNER FIRE TO RISE

Anger Inner fire anger is a natural emotion that arises when we feel threatened or wronged. It can be a powerful motivator for change and can help us set boundaries and stand up for ourselves. However, if left unchecked, it can also lead to destructive behaviour and harm our relationships with others.

When we push back against any or all aspects of our selves and society that are shackling and limiting us, we experience anger, the revolutionary evolutionary energy. In order to prevent harming ourselves and those around us, it is crucial to learn how to manage inner fire anger in a healthy way, even though it can be a useful tool for personal empowerment and growth.

Additionally, when you feel angry, consider which of your boundaries have been violated.

We fear anger because it is viewed as a disruptive force and is a major source of villainization. However, anger can also signal an internal need for attention or serve as a catalyst for a revolutionary change.

When understood for what it is (inspiration or a violation), anger can either be used as a tool to promote inner peace or as a weapon against others. When anger flares up, it must be dealt with. Don’t try to stop it. There is a message there, so pay attention to how it feels.
