Tamarind will ensure equal distribution of all unit rentals.

Short let rates for a 1 Bed Suite are projected at Kes 15,000-25,000 inclusive of VAT, Training Levy and Service Charge. A 1 Bed Suite takes 4 pax.
Breakfast is not included in the rates, guests have the option to self-cater or use the restaurant in the hotel.
Occupancy rates for the 3rd year are assumed at 75%. Year 1 is assumed at 50% and Year 2 at 60% occupancy.

SERVICE CHARGE AND FEES

Fixed service charge is invoiced and paid by the unit owner for common area maintenance, services and management of the same.
Variable fees on individual unit letting income are charged to pay for salaries and includes, cleaning, linen, laundry and marketing.
