Sweet & Spicy Roast Potatoes is a perfect ‘roast potatoes’ recipe by Chef Khan. The roasted potatoes are firm on the outside, yet soft & fluffy on the inside! This recipe is quick & easy to prepare so do try this wonderful recipe!
SWEET & SPICY ROAST POTATOES
1 kg potatoes cut into wedges
2 tablespoons chilli flakes
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1½ tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 bunch of coriander chopped
50 ml olive oil
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees. In a mixing bowl put in all the ingredients listed above, give it a good mix and adjust seasoning if need be. Once mixed well, spread it out on an oven tray and sprinkle some extra olive oil on top.
Place the tray into the oven and roast your potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Plate and garnish with some chopped coriander & sprinkle some olive oil on top.
