SPAGHETTI WITH VEGETABLES IN CREAMY PEANUT SAUCE RECIPE
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 mins
Spaghetti (1 packet)
1 sliced onion
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 carrot (sliced)
1 medium broccoli (cut into small florets)
½ cup mixed coloured peppers (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp peanut butter
Oil for cooking
Cook the pasta according to instructions on the packer and set aside.
In a little oil, fry the garlic & fry all the vegetables on medium heat until they are soft and cooked. It should take about 3 minutes and don’t forget to season your veggies.
Add about 2 tbsp of peanut butter and allow to melt then add a little water to make a sauce and when it comes to a boil, add the cooked spaghetti and stir in the veggies and when hot serve and don’t leave it too saucy.
