Salmon & Caviar Pasta recipe by Chef Aakshar Joshi is another elegant dish that may sound fancy but is actually easy to make. The Caviar adds that right amount of subtle crunchiness to this elegant dish, whilst the smoked salmon prevents the dish from being too fishy. INGREDIENTS

330gms of sliced smoked salmon
2gms of caviar
60gms of plain flour
60ml of milk
60gms of butter
200gms of cooked pasta al dente (spaghetti)
Salt & pepper to taste
Chilly flakes to taste (about half a tsp)
Mixed herbs (about half a tsp)

METHOD

STEP 1
In a nonstick pan, melt the butter then add in the flour.

STEP 2
Once cooked into a roux (paste), add in the milk and stir continuously until smooth and thickened.

STEP 3
Now add in the caviar and salmon and mix well

STEP 4
Lastly, add in the cooked pasta and serve!

Note: Al dente is cooking pasta to it’s required consistency (cook for no more than 12 minutes)!
