POUSSIN SAUSAGES RECIPE
POUSSIN SAUSAGES (servings for 4)
INGREDIENTS FOR POUSSIN SAUSAGES
½ kg beef or chicken sausages
1 big onion into julienne
2 tablespoons of Blue Band
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
½ tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 bunch coriander chopped
Oil to shallow fry the sausages
Hot water to boil sausages
METHOD
STEP 1
Boil water in a pot then place the sausages and cook them for at least 10 minutes, then remove them.
STEP 2
Heat your nonstick pan and shallow fry your sausages until golden brown then remove.
Cut your sausages into medium sized pieces and set aside.
STEP 3
Add some oil in a pan and sauté your onions then add in your Blue Band, white vinegar, red chili
powder, salt & ketchup and let it simmer, then add in your sausages and adjust seasoning if need be.
Lastly, garnish with some coriander & serve.
