Based in Los Angeles, CA, I have a deep passion for culinary artistry, honed through years of hands-on experience in kitchens across New York and Los Angeles. My journey began at a young age, working in delis and kitchens, before having the privilege of training under renowned chefs such as Michael Hung and Olivia Hernandez.
For me, cooking is more than just preparing food—it’s an art form. Every ingredient has a story, and I believe the best dishes honour that journey. I take pride in sourcing high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, working closely with butchers and farmers to ensure the freshest flavours. As I always say, “The first bite is with the eyes, and the best ingredient is passion.”
Coming from humble beginnings, I am a testament to hard work and perseverance. My story proves that dedication and passion can pave the way to success, and I hope to inspire young, aspiring chefs to chase their dreams.

Recipe Of The Week: ChickenPenne With Burrata & Parmesan Crisps

The Penne
Ingredients:
• 1 pound penne rigate
• Approx. 4 quarts water for boiling
• Some olive oil
The Sauce
Ingredients:
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• 1 (28-ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes – or 1½ cups fresh chopped tomatoes
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
• 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• Salt, to taste
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for topping

Ingredients:
• 1 lb thin chicken cutlets
• All-purpose flour, for dredging
• 3–4 eggs, whisked
• Seasoned breadcrumbs, for coating
• ½ cup high-temperature oil, for frying

Ingredients:
• 2 ounces Parmesan cheese (about ¾ cup), finely shredded
• Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
The Garnish
Ingredients:
• ⅓ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 4 oz truffle burrata

Dredge each chicken cutlet lightly in flour, then dip into the whisked egg batter, and finally coat in seasoned breadcrumbs. Set the breaded cutlets aside and allow them to rest for 5–10 minutes. In a separate frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry each cutlet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Preparation: The Parmesan Crisps
Preheat the oven to 400ºF and arrange a rack in the middle. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Spoon 12 small piles of grated Parmesan cheese onto the sheet, spacing them evenly. Gently pat each pile into a 2½-inch round using your fingers. Bake for 6–7 minutes, or until the crisps are evenly golden brown. Let cool for at least 3 minutes on the baking sheet before removing.
Plating
In a shallow bowl or plate, begin by layering the cooked penne at the base. Spoon the rich tomato cream sauce generously over the pasta to create a flavourful bed. Arrange the crispy chicken piece neatly on top of the sauce. Place the truffle burrata gently on the chicken. Carefully position a Parmesan crisp standing upright in the burrata for an elegant touch. Finish with a light sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley over the entire dish. Serve immediately and enjoy every luxurious bite!
