Try Chef Khan’s easy to make Pasta Salad! This salad is served chilled. It is nutritious as well as scrumptious & will be a hit at any gathering without a doubt!
PASTA SALAD (5 SERVINGS)
500 grams Fusilli pasta
¼ cup sundried tomatoes chopped
1 green pepper cut into cubes
1 cup french beans cut into small strips (blanch french beans and set aside)
¼ cup peanuts roughly chopped
¼ cup pitted olives
2 gherkins chopped
¼ bunch parsley chopped
1 tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Spanish paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil to drizzle on top
Blanch the pasta in salted water and once cooked pass through cold water to stop from further cooking.
Mix all other ingredients together and taste seasoning.
Plate and drizzle some olive oil on top.
