PARMESAN CRUSTED BAKED TILAPIA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
8 tilapia filets about 4 oz each
2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lemon zest mixed with pepper
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2cup shredded Parmesan
METHOD
STEP 1
Preheat the oven at 400F.
STEP 2
Mix together the grated parmesan, lemon zest and pepper, parsley and salt. Drizzle the tilapia with olive oil, coat with the cheese mixture, press it and then transfer to foil baking tray.
STEP 3
Bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, about 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Bake it for about a further 5 mins until the cheese crust becomes crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges and chips!
