Welcome to The Residences – your private holiday villa combined with the facilities of
a world-class resort.

Set in a peaceful corner of Leopard Beach Resort; The Residences is a distinctly up-market development of 16 fully serviced villas within 15 acres of tropical forest. The Residences offers four villa types – with private pools – each boasting a modern and spacious design, privacy and security, and a host of amenities that set a new benchmark for the region. The villa complex also features an Asian-fusion speciality restaurant – Lemongrass – with an adjoining Grasshopper cocktail bar overlooking a rock pool. Guests at the Residences also benefit from the excellent facilities and services of the adjoining resort.

Accommodation comprises 16 fully furnished and serviced villas available on a bed and breakfast, half- or full-board basis. Guests also have the choice of four a la carte restaurants and bars situated at the adjoining Leopard Beach Resort & Spa.

3 BEDROOM POOL VILLAS

The three-bedroom Pool Villas offer en-suite bedrooms in each respective villa with one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and guestrooms with two double beds and one twin bedded single bed. They boast a 390m2 living area and a 60m2 private pool and sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.

 

2 BEDROOM POOL VILLAS

The two-bedroom Pool Villas offer en-suite bedrooms in each respective villa with one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and guestrooms with two double beds. They boast a 235m2 living area and a 45m2 private pool and sleeps a maximum of 4 persons.

Forest Villas

3 BEDROOM FOREST VILLAS

The three-bedroom Forest Villas offer three en-suite bedrooms in each villa with one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and guestrooms with two double beds and one twin bedded single bed. They boast a 250m2 living area and a 17m2 private plunge pool and sleep a maximum of 6.

 

2 BEDROOM FOREST VILLAS

The two-bedroom Forest Villas offer two en-suite bedrooms in each villa with one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and guestrooms with two double beds. They boast a 190m2 living area and a 17m2 private plunge pool respectively and sleep a maximum of 4.

INDOOR DINING

At Leopard Beach, your culinary safari begins – a choice of settings and flavours to entice the most demanding palate.

Guests can opt for full board or half board basis (lunch or dinner) at the resort. This tantalizing journey begins with a bountiful buffet breakfast – tropical fruits, healthy cereals or the ‘Full English’ fry-up. Three table-d’hote venues are rotated throughout the week: a buffet with live cooking stations at the Horizon Restaurant and Terrace; al fresco beach barbecues at Coco Mchana on Coco beach or traditional dishes at the Nyama Choma gardens.

Our a la carte options are just as varied. Our award-winning Chaines des Rotisseurs speciality restaurant, Chui Grill offers fresh seafood and grills in a teak-timbered deck overlooking the lily ponds – perfect for that romantic meal. Lunch beckons with an array of stir-fries at Coco Mchana, mouth-watering pizzas and Pasta from Pizza ‘n’ Pasta Tornati, or simply relax over a casual meal at the Pool Bistro. The resort’s new villa complex – The Residences – will bring a new venue to the resort with Lemongrass – an Asian Specialty Fusion restaurant overlooking the Grasshopper terrace and rock pool bar.

Leopard Beach has always been ‘toto’ friendly, and as well as the Tutti Frutti ice cream bar, appetizing children’s menus are offered at all outlets.

 

HORIZON RESTAURANT

The Resort’s main table d’hote venue, the Horizon Restaurant offers a diverse international buffet selection for breakfast and a served or buffet-style lunch and dinner which varies from candlelit served meals to themed buffet evenings.

Breakfast at Horizon means freshly baked bread, fresh juices and eggs cooked-to-order. Lunch (Buffet or A la carte service) and dinner offer delicious soups and salads, meats, vegetarian specialities, fresh seafood and grills.

Theme nights with live music and live cooking are characteristic of this venue by night.

PIZZA AND PASTA TORNATI

Situated on the Ocean’s edge, with sights of the magnificent ocean and cool sea breeze; the Pizza ‘n’ Pasta Tornati is an al-fresco a la carte restaurant serving home-baked pizzas, delicious pasta, fresh salads and range of Italian and Continental specialities. This is also a great spot to sit back, watch the waves break and share a cool bottle of Prosecco!!

 

SAFFRON RESTAURANT

The Saffron restaurant is one of the resort’s signature a la carte restaurants. Dining is either al fresco on a two-tiered deck overlooking the resort’s lily ponds or in an air-conditioned, smoke-free section. Saffron restaurant specializes in world-famous Indian Cuisine with a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian signature Indian dishes.

 

POOL BISTRO

Located by the main resorts pool and a family favourite offering a perfect retreat from the midday sun! The Pool Bar & Bistro boasts a full a la carte menu offering everything from home-made burgers to freshly caught fish and a selection of vegetarian dishes. There is also an appetizing kid’s menu and the adjacent Tutti Frutti bar serves a delicious selection of ice creams, smoothies and fresh juices.

LEMONGRASS

Lemongrass is a complete Asian fusion speciality and a la carte restaurant. Offering a mouth-watering menu of Asian fusion delicacies; the first of its kind here on Diani Beach.

The Lemongrass restaurant provides an interactive culinary experience with a live open kitchen where guests have the opportunity to interact with the culinary experts as they prepare their meals.

KALANI COFFEE LOUNGE

The Kalani Coffee Lounge is a luxurious chill-out area where guests can read, check their mail using the free WiFi, or enjoy a game of cards or backgammon. The Kalani Coffee Lounge is a popular retreat for a nightcap where an irresistible selection of ‘boozy’ coffees is on offer.

 

MAWINGU LOUNGE

Overlooking the pool is the Mawingu Sky Lounge where a spectacular view is served with every meal or cocktail, all under the shade of umbrellas.

Just a few steps down from it are the white sands of Diani Beach, miles of unspoilt shoreline kissed by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.

 

MAHOGANY LOUNGE

Adjacent to the pool is the Mahogany Lounge, an oasis from the midday sun and the venue for live poolside entertainment. In the evening the Mahogany Lounge transforms into a lively venue for live shows, traditional dancers such as the famous Massai and even a disco, open until late, with the adjoining Rosy’s Bar.

Leopard Beach is the perfect family resort. From the moment you arrive, children are met at a dedicated ‘totos check-in’ desk and during your stay, there is so much to keep the kids entertained.

The Little Leopards Kid’s Club is ideal for our youngest guests offering a range of edutaining activities and encourages children interaction. Our well-trained staff supervise soft play, bead-making and craftwork, movies, and even camel rides and treasure hunts on the beach.
