Everyone needs a hearty daily dose of laughter, especially during this current chapter. Laughter really is the best medicine and most importantly it’s free.

Moreover, clinical research clearly indicates the many benefits of laughing including:

 Reducing your stress cortisol levels
 Creating a more positive state of mind
 Even burning off calories

How Can You Get More Laughter In Your Life?

 Watch or read daily something funny
 Hangout with friends who make your laugh
 Connect with the children in your life
 Have a more playful approach to your life, connect with your inner child, play games.

Where To Begin?

Start by just laughing for no reason or holding a smile, for a minute, at the start and end of your day. Or watch daily laughter yoga videos on YouTube. Try this for a week and see how much better you feel, in fact, you will probably find that laughter and smiling come much more readily to you.
