4. Observation
What kind of thoughts are you having about your Goal / Manifestation?

I’m not referring to the 5% cognitive activity or thoughts but to the 95% Subconscious decisions, actions, emotions, and behaviour that we also have.

It is common for us to have self-doubting and negating beliefs about our Goals and manifestations. These thoughts can pass through your mind without even being noticed and have the power to derail and destroy your intentions.

Observing your thoughts brings about the energy to manifest your Goals. Keep an eye on your thoughts, your words, and your feelings around what you are trying to manifest. Your mind is powerful. And you have the power to change the thoughts it holds!

5. Taking Action
What Steps are you taking towards your Goals? Besides just taking concrete steps to move toward what you are consciously manifesting, it is also essential to correct unconscious, derailing thoughts. By keeping your eye on the prize, you harness the power to observe your thoughts and actions.

Every time you achieve one action that gets you closer to your goal, ask yourself, what is the next best and aligned action I need to take.

6. Focus
How important is your dream or goal? Are you constantly falling off the wagon and struggling to get back on? What is keeping you from focusing on it?

This could be a key component in knowing whether you are aligned with your goal or not. If you have to keep coming back to it after loosing focus, it maybe you need to pause and assess your intention. Is this what you really want? Do you need to increase your alignment and place more focus on the right action? When you remained focused on your Goal, you keep aligning your actions with it. No falling off the Wagon!

7. Beliefs
Our beliefs are sometimes our enemy and the key factor that keep us from achieving our Goals. “Im not worthy”, “I am too stupid” “I don’t have the experience”.

Your beliefs are at the core of everything you create, or don’t create. What do you believe about your Goal? Do you believe it is attainable? Do you often add a “but” every time you think about your Goal?
Your work is not to doubt, but to simply believe in manifesting your ideas. Believe in setting attainable goals. Do the work to uncover your beliefs and to shift them when they are out of alignment with your goals and you will see how easy it becomes to manifest.
