CREAMY HAM & SPINACH SPAGHETTI RECIPE
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 mins
Spaghetti (1 packet)
1 onion (sliced)
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
3 slices of sliced ham
5 leaves of spinach
Cooking cream/whipping cream
Cheese: parmesan/cheddar (optional)
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salty water for about 10 minutes and drain off the water and set the pasta aside.
Cut the ham and spinach into slices and set aside ready for cooking.
Cook the onion and garlic in a little oil until soft for about 1 minute.
Add the spinach and cook for about 1 minute then add the ham and cook for a further 1 minute.
Add some cream to the spinach and ham and allow to simmer.
Add the spaghetti and stir to mix with all the other ingredients. Make sure the pasta is balanced well with the rest of the ingredients.
Add more cream if you need to if the pan dries out and turn off the heat. The dish should not have too much of the sauce.
Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan cheese (optional) before serving hot.
