COCONUT BONELESS CHICKEN RECIPE

COCONUT BONELESS CHICKEN (servings for 6)

INGREDIENTS FOR STEAK

¾ Boneless chicken cut into medium sized cubes
2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 big onion chopped
1 ½ tablespoon cayenne powder
2 tablespoon chili flakes
1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
½ cup coconut cream
3 tablespoons butter
1 bunch coriander

METHOD

STEP 1
In a pan melt your butter and sauté your onions, then add your ginger garlic paste and then your chicken and cook for at least 10 minutes on medium heat.

STEP 2
Add in your soy sauce, cayenne powder, chili flakes, salt and pepper and if need be adjust your seasoning then add in your coconut cream.

STEP 3
Plate and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
