CHOCOLATE BARS WITH CASHEW NUTS
CHOCOLATE BARS WITH CASHEW NUTS (8 Servings)
INGREDIENTS
500g milk brown chocolate
250g white chocolate
1 tablespoon Blue band
250g roasted cashew nuts (crushed)
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup milk
Hand full of pistachios chopped (for garnish)
METHOD
STEP 1
Put boiling water in a pan halfway and place another pan on top of the boiling water. Now melt the blue
band and the white & milk chocolate.
STEP 2
Once the chocolate has melted add in your milk and add your cashew nuts and desiccated coconut into
it and mix well and let the mixture become a little thick.
STEP 3
In a rectangular tray, pour the mixture and set aside to cool off, then place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour until firm and then cut into cubes.
STEP 4
To garnish sprinkle desiccated coconut and pistachios on top.
