CHICKPEA SALAD
CHICKPEA SALAD (5 Servings)
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
½ lemon
1 can chickpea (strain the liquid out)
1 tomato cut into cubes
½ cucumber cut into cubes
1 yellow capsicum cut into cubes
¼ bunch of coriander chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
A handful of walnuts chopped
METHOD
STEP 1
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and adjust seasoning if need be.
Serve chilled.
