INGREDIENTS FOR THE  CHICKEN WINGS

1 Kg chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1  tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika

METHOD

STEP 1
In a mixing bowl add in the flour along with the other dry ingredients, then add the chicken wings to this
ensuring all pieces are coated well.

STEP 2
Fry the wings over medium heat until golden brown and crispy for around 5 minutes and set aside.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE

2 tbs butter
1 cup of your favourite hot sauce
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp cornflour to thicken the sauce (if needed)

For Garnish – Sesame Seeds & Freshly Chopped Coriander (optional)

METHOD

STEP 1
In a nonstick pan add all the above ingredients and stir for around 2-3 minutes until hot, then add cornflour if
necessary.

STEP 2
Add in your chicken wings to the pan & mix well, until all wings are coated with the sauce.

Garnish With Sesame Seeds & Freshly Chopped Coriander & Serve Hot!
