Whether it’s to send off in a gift box to family and friends or just for you to relish at home, these bars are all you need! It’s easy to make with just 3 ingredients! So what are you waiting for? BOUNTY BARS

INGREDIENTS

500 grams desiccated coconut
250ml condensed milk
1kg chocolate (compound chocolate)

METHOD

STEP 1
Mix together the condensed milk and desiccated coconut and using your hands mould into bar shapes then refrigerate.

STEP 2
Melt the chocolate until smooth with no lumps, over a double boiler.

STEP 3
Dip the moulded bars into the melted chocolate to coat completely then refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

Once chilled & set, these chocolate treats to your family & enjoy Diwali!
