INGREDIENTS
500 grams desiccated coconut
250ml condensed milk
1kg chocolate (compound chocolate)
METHOD
STEP 1
Mix together the condensed milk and desiccated coconut and using your hands mould into bar shapes then refrigerate.
STEP 2
Melt the chocolate until smooth with no lumps, over a double boiler.
STEP 3
Dip the moulded bars into the melted chocolate to coat completely then refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
