BONELESS CHICKEN TIKKA

BONELESS CHICKEN TIKKA (SERVINGS FOR 5-6)

INGREDIENTS

1 kg boneless chicken cut into slices
1 ½ tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon of salt
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons of tamarind juice
1 tablespoon garam masala
½ teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
½ cup cooking cream
1 cup yogurt
¼ cup Oil

METHOD

STEP 1
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above for at least 4 hours.

STEP 2
Once the chicken has marinated heat a big pan and put in your chicken with all the marinade.
Cook on medium heat, turning chicken pieces a few times while cooking.

STEP 3
Once cooked well, plate and garnish with some coriander.
