BLOODY MARY CHICKEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
400ml tomato juice (packet)
2tbs Tabasco sauce
2tbs Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1tbs smoked paprika
10gms butter
2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
40gms ginger julienned
METHOD
STEP 1
Melt the butter in a pan, once hot, add ginger and cook till brown
STEP 2
Now add the chicken and cook till 3/4 cooked.
STEP 3
Add all the other ingredients apart from the salt, cook and allow the juice to reduce.
STEP 4
Once the juices are reduced & thick add the salt and let the chicken cook completely.
Note: juice can be used as a sauce for the chicken or can be used as a drink 😉
