BEETROOT PUDDING RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
6-10 beetroot
500ml milk
250gms sugar
1 tbsp cardamom powder
120gms crushed nuts
Saffron
Oil to sauté
METHOD
STEP 1
Grate the beetroot and season with the cardamom powder.
STEP 2
In a cooking pot add some oil and sauté the beetroot until soft over medium heat.
STEP 3
Add milk, sugar and saffron and boil till all the milk evaporates then add the nuts and mix well.
STEP 4
Put the pudding into separate bowls you can immediately or refrigerate.
You can garnish with some cashew nuts and serve!
