Avocado Mango Salad Recipe- Another Mouth watering Recipe By Our Very Own Chef Khan
Ingredients For One Serving
½ ripe avocado cut into cubes
½ mango cut into cubes
¼ bunch of cilantro chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
15 grams Roasted cashew nuts cut into halves
10 ml Olive oil
For Garnish- 4-5 pieces of pickled olives
Place the avocado and mango cubes into a mixing bowl
Squeeze out the lemon juice onto the mango & avocado cubes
Season with salt and pepper and add chopped cilantro and roasted cashew nuts to it and gently mix to avoid the avocado from mushing
Finally plate it and drizzle some olive oil on top to give it some shine and lastly garnish with some olives
