Squat exercises are the best for both men & women. The best part is that squats are simple to perform & can be done anywhere, even without the use of any equipment. It should, therefore, be incorporated in your daily routine to boost your overall fitness.

Squats For Beginners- How To Perform Squats Properly:

1. Do a quick warm-up.
2. Stand straight with your feet apart (slightly more than your shoulder width).
3. Breathe in & push your buttocks back, then whilst keeping your back straight bend your knees, hips & ankles slowly, lowering until your hip is lower than your knee.
4. Then as you exhale return to your starting position.

You can repeat the above 15-20 times in 2-3 sets as a beginner, 2-3 times a week!
