Whisky Mousse by Chef Aakshar Joshi is an extremely light and creamy dessert that will leave you yearning for more. With just 4 ingredients & 4 easy-to-follow steps, this silky mousse with a dash of whiskey will be ready to devour. It’s recommended to chill the mousse at least a couple of hours before serving in martini glasses or any other dessert bowls or glasses of your choice. WHISKY MOUSSE
WHISKY MOUSSE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
500gms whipped cream
100ml whiskey
5 egg whites
100gms caster sugar
METHOD
STEP 1
In a bowl, whip the cream till stiff using an electric beater.
STEP 2
Beat the egg whites separately, till stiff add in the sugar and mix.
STEP 3
Fold in both the egg whites and cream together and finally add the whiskey.
STEP 4
Pour into martini glasses or other dessert glasses of your choice & chill before serving!
