This Italian dessert is basically an eggless custard that is deliciously creamy. It can be served with a fresh strawberry sauce and garnished with strawberries or can be devoured just on its own. You can even use vanilla bean or extract instead of the essence for better results! This is a quick yet impressive dessert that can be made hours or even a day in advance. So do try making this perfect classic Italian dessert, that is rich & creamy, at home!

VANILLA PANNA COTTA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
250ml milk
250ml cream
30g gelatin
3 caps vanilla essence
50gm sugar
METHOD
STEP 1
In a saucepan, boil the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla essence together (make sure it doesn’t bubble).
STEP 2
Now add in the gelatin and stir well.
STEP 3
Pour into desired serving dessert heatproof glasses or bowls and allow it to cool before putting into the fridge to set.
Garnish with your favourite topping which could be strawberries or raspberries and/or chocolate!
