The sweet & savoury teriyaki sauce is what gives the wings it’s delicious flavour and it’s simply easy to make. Try it out and we are sure this one’s going to be everyone’s favourite!!

TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS For The Sauce
50gm brown sugar
50gm honey
200ml soy sauce
INGREDIENTS For The Wings
1kg of wings cleaned
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Spring onions for garnish
METHOD
STEP 1
In a large cooking pot add the sugar and honey and keep stirring until dissolved.
STEP 2
Now add the soy sauce and bring to a boil then simmer until the sauce thickens. Once ready keep aside.
STEP 3
For the wings season them with salt and pepper and fry them in a non-stick pan with some oil.
STEP 4
Once the wings are fully cooked add them to the sauce and mix well.
STEP 5
Chop the spring onions and sprinkle on top of the wings as a garnish.
Serve hot with some chips on the side!
