ICED MOCHA PARFAIT
ICED MOCHA PARFAIT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 egg yolk
65gms sugar
350ml whipped cream
3tbs coffee liqueur
1tbs coffee
METHOD
STEP 1
Beat a whole egg and the egg yolk with the sugar in a bain-marie until fluffy. Remove and continue beating till it cools.
STEP 2
Dissolve the coffee into water (1tbs) and fold this along with the coffee liqueur into the whipped cream.
STEP 3
Fold this flavoured whipped cream into the egg mixture.
STEP 4
Fill into individual bowls or cups and deep freeze for 24 hours before serving.
Garnish & serve!
