Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe
SAUTEED MUSHROOMS (servings for 2)
INGREDIENTS
1 container tinned mushrooms (cut into quarters)
½ an onion chopped
1 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
¼ bunch coriander chopped (for garnish)
METHOD
Heat butter in a pan then add in onions and sauté, once done add mushrooms and cook for
at least 2 minutes then add in salt and pepper. Lastly garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot!
