The rib-eye steak marinated in coke is not only easy to make but is rich in flavours, unbelievably tender & mouthwatering! You can marinate the steak overnight and then prepare it just before opening your fast!

RIB-EYE STEAK IN COKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 can coke
1 tbsp paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 cloves garlic
Rosemary (3-4 sprigs)
Rib-eye steak
METHOD
STEP 1
In a bowl add the coke, pepper, salt, paprika, crushed garlic & rosemary then add the rib-eye & rub in the marinade & cover and leave to marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
STEP 2
In a hot pan add some butter and sear the steak till brown on both sides.
STEP 3
Cover and transfer to a hot preheated oven & let it cook further for about 15mins at around 175degrees.
Serve hot with mash potatoes!
