When Michael David Rosenberg’s folk-rock band Passenger broke up in 2009, the British singer/songwriter decided to pick up the pieces and continue on as a solo act of the same name. Turns out, it was a smart move. Rosenberg has since released a slew of albums, written the monster hit “Let Her Go”—which has sold more than 2.5 million copies and earned a 2014 BRIT Award nomination for British Single of the Year—and gained a stamp of approval from pop star Ed Sheeran.
