My Music?
My music is your invitation into my thoughts a snapshot of vile nafeel at that moment. I give you me 24/7-365; a risk I take with every line I write; and every note I sing. Nonetheless, I take that risk because I am what I sing and my fans deserve all of me.
Since I’m the baby of the Label; I get to experiment more than the rest because like my fans; I’m also rediscovering myself as a young person and enjoying myself along the way.
About Time Machine?
Luke (Luke Okecc: Co-writer) and I have been frequent co-writers; way before I signed to MAD Royal Entertainment; so I actually pitched the song to Le Prince, the Executive Producer a week after we’d inked the deal and he, in his very dramatic and excited self, was really receptive. I suggested to work with Bobo on the production, because he’d already started feeling a vibe from the song. It tool us a couple of months to lock in the song mainly due to scheduling but we finally did it. The beauty of this song is that we built it around Luke’s guitar and Bobo’s vision was leaning towards creating a very natural sound as you can hear with the ocean waves interpolated with wide panning drums; na the extra sauce hapo kwa the hook is just to show you that nostalgia sometimes makes the mind race.
