Learn To Let Go Of Any Thoughts Or Feelings That Bother You & Be Free
There are two kinds of happiness. The pleasure we get from things of the world – a car, a friend, a good joke. These pleasures come and go.
And then there’s the feeling of being content that comes from within. That everything’s all right. “I’m all right.”
The second type of happiness doesn’t depend on you getting or being or doing something other than what you have, are or do right now. This way of being happy for no good reason is the happiness that you see in a baby, laughing and smiling just because.
True happiness is still within you, even now. Why are you not feeling it?
Because it’s covered over and masked from you by the thoughts and feelings that keep floating around in your space. Until you let them go.
If you can let them go, you can find that happiness within. Quickly, easily, anytime.
