? GRILLED STEAK WITH SAUTEED VEGGIES ?
GRILLED STEAK WITH SAUTEED VEGGIES (servings for 2)
INGREDIENTS FOR STEAK
1) Sirloin steak 2 pieces
2) 3 bunches of rosemary chopped
3) 2 bunches of thyme chopped
4) ½ tablespoon garlic paste
5) ¾ tablespoon salt
6) ½ tablespoon black pepper
7) ¼ cup oil
8) 1 tomato cut into half
METHOD
STEP 1
Marinate the steak with ingredients 2-7 and rest for at least 1 hour.
STEP 2
In a nonstick grill pan, add some oil and grill your steak and cook both sides to your preference.
STEP 3
Once steak is almost cooked grill your tomato in the same pan for 2 minutes and set aside.
INGREDIENTS FOR VEGGIES
3 Carrots cut into medium sized strips
200 grams French beans
2 tablespoons Butter
½ tablespoon salt
¼ tablespoon black pepper
METHOD
STEP 1
In hot salted water blanch your veggies for 2 minutes and remove them and pass through cold
water to avoid further cooking.
STEP 2
In a pan, melt your butter and add in your veggies and sauté and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Plate your steak with the veggies and grilled tomato.
