INGREDIENTS
200gms chocolate
100ml cream
200ml semi whipped cream
6gms gelatin
METHOD
STEP 1
In a non-stick pan, boil 100ml cream then add in your chocolate and mix well.
STEP 2
Now carefully fold in your semi-whipped cream & add in the gelatin.
STEP 3
Scoop out the mousse in small glasses, then into the refrigerator to set.
