CREAMY PEPPER CHICKEN
CREAMY PEPPER CHICKEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS For The Chicken
2tbsp mustard
5tbsp pepper
Olive oil
2 chicken breasts
Salt
INGREDIENTS For The Sauce
50g butter
50g flour
100ml milk
2tbsp pepper
METHOD For Cooking The Chicken
STEP 1
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
STEP 2
Grill the chicken until done, on a skillet or a frying pan. When done remove on a plate.
METHOD For Preparing The Sauce
STEP 1
In a non-stick pan cook the butter and flour together then add some pepper.
STEP 2
Once a paste-like consistency is achieved add milk little by little and whisk till combined and thickened into a sauce making sure no lumps are there.
STEP 3
Now add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix.
Serve hot with rice!
