BISCUIT PUDDING
BISCUIT PUDDING (SERVINGS FOR 5)
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ packet of Marie biscuits
½ cup plain milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoon icing sugar
½ cup mixed chopped nuts
200 grams chocolate
500ml whipping cream (whisk till it becomes a little thick)
Some grated chocolate to garnish
METHOD
STEP 1
In a bowl, beat the cream and icing sugar till thick and keep aside. Melt chocolate over double saucepan then add some plain milk into that. Make sure it’s not too thin or too thick and set aside to cool.
STEP 2
In a rectangular dish place biscuits, pour evaporated milk, sprinkle some nuts and spread a thin
layer of whipped cream. Now repeat the same process for the second layer. For the final layer pour on your melted chocolate that you had left aside to cool.
STEP 3
To finish, add a thick layer of whipped cream and garnish with the grated chocolate and sprinkle some
chopped nuts on top.
Serve chilled.
