The Looming Dog/Cat Problem- Covid-19 is causing changes in the lives of people and animals. So many tea stalls, kiosks and even big hotels have closed down, there is much less food for scavenging, roaming, community-owned dogs and cats. If people have less food, then the animals will have less food, too. It’s also the start of puppy season. We are seeing many mamas with puppies brought to our attention. There will be more litters born in the next couple of months.
